This hand carved knife, made from silver birch, is the perfect addition to your tableware collection. It is ideal for spreading butter, conserves, and pâtés, or to be used with a cheese board to cut soft cheeses.

To care for your knife, clean with warm soapy water. Never allow your knife to soak as this will cause the wood's grain to raise, damaging the finish of the knife.

Finished with raw linseed oil.
